With Daniel Link (COO) and Tilman Felshart (CFO) joining the executive team, the company is paving the way for the next phase of its organizational growth and operational development.
Cologne, Germany – 16 July 2026 – Agraya GmbH, the corporate home of GLOBALG.A.P. and the GGN label, expands its leadership team with the appointment of a COO and a CFO. Daniel Link will fill the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) on 15 July 2026. Tilman Felshart will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on 1 August 2026. Agraya is bolstering its leadership team to advance the organization and drive growth.
Agraya lays the groundwork for its next phase of growth
As Agraya continues to grow, the company is strengthening its leadership structure to support continued growth. Daniel Link is joining as COO to enhance Agraya’s operational performance and scalability. The newly created CFO role will add dedicated financial, legal, and technology leadership to the executive team. These appointments, together with the earlier appointment of Wouter Conradie as Chief Commercial Officer, will help Agraya build a stronger foundation to improve existing solutions, develop new capabilities, and respond to the evolving needs of the agrifood industry.
The organization’s mission remains to build trust, drive sustainable agriculture, and create value across global supply chains. As expectations placed on the global farming industry continue to grow, the company is strengthening its own processes, governance, operational consistency, and transparency. Embedding these principles into its own organization is essential for Agraya to remain a credible leader and meaningful contributor to sustainability, ESG ambitions, and the UN Sustainable Development Goals – not only as an advocate for these principles, but as an organization that applies them in practice.
“The addition of a COO and CFO reflects our commitment to strengthening the foundations of our organization so that we can scale our impact, accelerate innovation, and serve our stakeholders even more effectively. We are not changing what we do; we are building the capabilities to do it better. I am delighted to welcome these two experienced leaders to Agraya and look forward to shaping the next chapter of our journey together”, commented Elmé Coetzer-Boersma, CEO of Agraya.
Daniel Link appointed Chief Operating Officer

As COO, Daniel Link will continue to develop Agraya’s operational structures and processes. His priorities include strengthening cross-team collaboration, facilitating the delivery of efficient, scalable, high-quality solutions, and enhancing the existing portfolio.
With over a decade of experience in the HealthTech, SaaS, life sciences, and logistics sectors, Link has a proven track record in scaling organizations and improving operational performance. In his role as Head of Operations and COO at DAMEDIC GmbH, he expanded international operating structures, established KPI-based management systems, and spearheaded certification and compliance initiatives. Prior to that, he held operational leadership roles at Amazon, where he managed large-scale operations and supported process optimization initiatives across Central Europe.
“The challenges facing the industry are becoming increasingly complex and require high-performing, interconnected organizations,” stated Link. “Agraya brings together deep industry knowledge, a global presence, and a strong commitment to advancing the industry. Strengthening operational consistency and reliability will help ensure the organization can continue to scale effectively and respond to the evolving needs of the sector. Being part of that journey is particularly motivating.”
Tilman Felshart appointed Chief Financial Officer

Tilman Felshart will lead the finance, technology, and legal departments as CFO. In this new position, he will develop the company’s financial management further and place greater emphasis on transparency and governance. The aim is to lay the organizational foundations for long-term growth.
Felshart has over ten years’ experience in finance, controlling, and corporate management. Most recently, he was CFO of KrollCosmetics GmbH, where he was responsible for finance, legal affairs, IT, human resources, retail, and operations management. Previously, he led the controlling and business intelligence departments at Vice Sporting Goods GmbH, focusing on international corporate structures, performance management, and financial reporting. Earlier, he was Head of Controlling at FLYERALARM.
“Agraya has established itself as a key player in the agrifood industry for the last 25 years,” says Felshart. “The organization combines a clear sense of purpose with a truly global reach, which makes this an especially exciting opportunity. I look forward to working with the team to lay the financial and organizational groundwork for the next phase of development.”
The appointments of Daniel Link and Tilman Felshart demonstrate Agraya’s commitment to ongoing development. Their combined experience in operations, finance, technology, and organizational growth will strengthen the company’s foundation as it expands its portfolio of solutions and services to meet the evolving needs of the agrifood industry.
