Submit a complaint

Complaints are recorded, analyzed, and investigated by dedicated complaint management officers. A confirmation of receipt will be sent to all complainants within two working days. All issues are handled confidentially.

General reports, including those related to maximum residue limits (MRLs), can be raised via the form. The complaint management process and MRL complaint management process documents outline the steps that will be taken.
