Cancellation policy

SUMMIT 2026

Cancellations shall be submitted in writing (email is sufficient) to Agraya GmbH.

• Cancellations received up to 60 days before the event shall be refunded at 80% of the ticket price.
• Cancellations received between 59 and 30 days before the event shall be refunded at 50% of the ticket price.
• Cancellations received less than 30 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.

Alternatively, the participant may nominate a substitute attendee from the same company at no additional cost, provided that written notice is received prior to the event.
