The AGRAYA SUMMIT 2026 will take place in the Bologna Congress Center, Italy, from 27–28 October 2026, with an optional farm visit on 29 October 2026.
Participants are encouraged to check visa requirements well in advance. Italy is part of the Schengen Area, which allows entry for many countries without a visa for short stays.

Who can attend the SUMMIT?
The event welcomes stakeholders from around the world, including producers, suppliers, retailers, certification bodies, NGOs, and service providers. It is also open to anyone interested in agriculture, aquaculture, food safety, equitable farming practices, and the future of the sector.
What is included in the ticket price?
The 2-day and 3-day SUMMIT passes provide full access to the sessions and catering, including lunches and coffee breaks on each day. The 3-day SUMMIT pass includes the farm visit.
The conference dinner is optional and must be booked in addition to the SUMMIT ticket.
Please note that tickets and any discount offers are available exclusively online. Registered attendees will receive a QR code by email shortly before the event for on-site registration.
Can I buy tickets for a group?
Yes – for groups for five and more, we are offering a 10% discount . This does not apply to the Early Access ticket.
Can I reserve a hotel room when purchasing tickets?
No, we will send a link with hotel options in the ticket confirmation email.
Can I cancel my ticket if I cannot attend the event?
Cancellations shall be submitted in writing (email is sufficient) to Agraya GmbH.
Cancellations received up to 60 days before the event shall be refunded at 80% of the ticket price.
Cancellations received between 59 and 30 days before the event shall be refunded at 50% of the ticket price.
Cancellations received less than 30 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.
Alternatively, the participant may nominate a substitute attendee from the same company at no additional cost, provided that written notice is received prior to the event.
